Position: Full Time Sports Coach Apprenticeship
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Working location: You will often start and finish your day at our head office based at Park Royal, London, NW10 7PA. The job requires travelling to various indoor and outdoor coaching locations throughout West, South West and Central London.

We are looking for two individuals to join our full-time coaching team who have a keen interest in sports coaching and working with children. You must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring we delivering nothing but the best. Both candidates will be enrolled onto a Level 2 PE and School Sports apprenticeship programme, which will last for a duration of 12 months. Extension of an additional 12 months to complete the Level 3 may be possible, based on performance and progression.
You will be responsible for delivering multi-sports coaching sessions for children of all age groups, with an emphasis on fun, education, a healthy lifestyle and inclusion for all. You will drive the club’s coaching programme throughout all schools and venues and be a valuable member in helping us to expand throughout London.

Daily tasks include:
Delivering fun, engaging and educational sports sessions for children aged from 18 months to 14 years
Complete operational duties and carry out daily logistics
Maintaining health and safety standards
Setting up and packing down sports equipment
Liaising with customers to provide feedback, discuss their child’s development and to promote upcoming events and services
Promoting the brand in a positive way at all times
A good level of verbal and written communication skills
Experience in writing reports
A strong passion for working within sports and for working with children
Hardworking and dedicated
Open to learning new skills from experienced senior members of the team
Aged 16 or 17 on the applicant’s start date
Previous work experience within sports coaching or with children
GCSE Grade A to C in English, Maths and/or Science
Lives within the West London area
